first purchase from the alternative shark very pleased at the buying stage did say the item might not get there in time for xmas butloved the item so went ahead anyway i like the fact that every step of the purchase i was thanked for purchasing from the alternative shark to my surprise it was delivered on the 23rd of december i was so pleased my hubby will be a very happy shark will be purchasing again great

Youre dealing with a small business and that personal touch comes through. You could go to some big company get it in 5 minutes and that's that, with Denise and her small team of her you get the same product at the same price or cheaper with a personal touch, advice etc. Something that just makes it a all that bit better

Amazing service! The lovely lady who owns this store, messaged me personally to let me know the loungefly bag i wanted was in stock and threw in a free card holder too. She also informed me before she posted it that she thought it might have a defect, sent pics too to make sure i still wanted it. It wasn't a defect, just a cut off which all the bags have Delivery wad super quick and everything was packaged perfectly! Highly recommended and will use again. Thank you 😊
