May 11,2020Had a bag I wanted in stock on website and after I ordered I was emailed to say it was not in stock at the moment but if I wanted I could use my purchase as a pre order or have a partial refund and choose an alternative with a discount. I chose the latter. Correspondence was excellent and quick. Would definitely recommend.
