When I had to return an item because it didnt fit, Denise informed me my size was actually out of stock and discontinued but she linked me to another shop & offered me a refund! 10/10 service could not recommend this website enough!

Jul 27,2020I ordered when The Alternative Shark had an offer of buy 1 get a second half price on Loungefly bags. When ordering I didn’t realise that one was a preorder. The in stock bag was shipped to me (with a free gift!) I then received 2 emails updating me on the status of my second bag. My second bag arrived this week and I am very pleased. Will definitely use The Alternative Shark again. Thank you very much!

Jun 24,2020Absolutely fantastic products, came really well packaged, took about 7 days to receive but the communication in the website did mention this, webpage was really clear from start to finish, what made the experiance though was a little handwritten message on the invoice, I always favor companies like this as it shows theyve taken the time to go that extra mile big thumbs up from me

Jun 12,2020Great customer service, I recieved a couple of email updates during ordering and dispatch. One of the items I ordered was Demonia boots so it to a week as they had to order them in from america, which is pretty quick from america and during lockdown too, which i didn't mind at all and once they received them i recieved my parcel the next day. I also had a hand written note and a free magnet which I really appreciated. I also love how they have clearpay so i can pay in instalments! I will definitely be ordering from here again and the Alternative Shark will be my go-to store for Demonia! I can't wait to place my next order from them.
