Mar 25,2023TAE took the time to listen to the scenario on the phone, prompt for a bit more detail and simply pointed out that the Dealership who had quoted $$$ to do the work were at best confused &... that I was probably proficient to action the repair. TAE was right; the Fuse & Relay box did not contain anything that needed 'reprogramming!' One second-hand part and some elbow grease later... A car back on the road & the faulty parts swapped out. What An Honest Company! Will be calling if I have an _'actual'_ re-programming type fault. Much appreciated; best Karmic Wishes your way. :-j

I can’t recommend Danny highly enough, he is friendly, courteous and highly knowledgeable. He was also very patient in explaining technical things to me. I 100% recommend him and have in fact already recommended him to someone else.

Waited for weeks before they told me the part was no longer available, nothing they could do. With the MOT due soon, I was facing scrapping my small motorhome! Took it to Danny who in a few hours found, fitted and tested a (not new) working replacement.

I rang up first thing in the morning and Daniele made the time to see me before he set off for other jobs and also made time for me after he had finished those jobs. He went above and beyond to help me, I could not fault the customer service. Very polite and professional and reasonable pricing! I would 100% recommend and would go back again!!
