Jan 03,2025I have made a few purchases from the Bear Garden in 2024 and with every order I have experienced excellent customer service. I am so happy I have found this bear shop. They answer any questions I may have so quickly. They are happy for me to choose a bear face but also choose excellent faces themselves. They package to an and dispatch so quickly. They also do international tracking which arrives to me in just 3 days and I live abroad. I cannot recommend this Bear shop enough. I love my Didley thank you :)

Jan 02,2025Found this store online when looking for a jellycat Snowman that was in short supply, tried on a whim as desperately need to get said snowman. I was really impressed with the professional look of the website and its ease of use. The snowman arrived without delay, beautifully packaged, and importantly at Christmas time the packaging was plain, so didn’t give any hint to what was inside.

Jan 02,2025I chose to order a Jellycat toy from the Bear Garden as they are located fairly near me - I am so glad that I did! Delivery was fast, product was very nicely packaged and with a hand-written note. I was also really pleased to learn that they only use recycled or recyclable packaging. I hope to visit the shop in person one day!
