Nov 14,2024The Teddy was just as described on the web site. I got regular updates on the post and it arrived as planned. The only disappointment was because it came from the U.K. I had to pay another €17 before it was delivered. The Bear Garden refunded me the €17 which I did not expect them to do. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again a very genuine company.
