Feb 15,2024Bought a riser/recliner chair, sofa and armchair as part of Sherbourne Keswick sofa suite collection. We also bought 2 single Vispring beds, joined as a king size, but able to operate independently as feet and head raiser. The support and help given by The Bed Specilaist team and the installation was brilliant. Both systems operate easily and are very comfortable after nearly 5 years. So much so, that we bought riser/recliners for our parents. They love them.

Feb 13,2024The experience I have just had with this company has me racing to my laptop to recommend them to anyone who, like me, has been going round in circles trying to get to speak to a real person about a bedding issue. I wanted to purchase 2 vegan coverless duvets but could only find coverless OR vegan. However, one major supplier's specification (for Night Owl waffle product) looked very much from its spec like the duvet was vegan but, when I contacted the company by chat, I got a short answer.. no not vegan. I could not get hold of them by phone and then chanced upon this company who responded instantly by phone, listened and gave a really well-informed answer. As a result of the information, I decided to go ahead and buy the duvets from The Bed Specialist (and will probably be buying another couple). It's so heartening to experience really good service and to find an organisation which helps you buy rather than put obstacles in the way. Thank you The Bed Specialist. Very happy to recommend you.

We looked in many places like Dreams, Furniture village etc but all those places want you to buy a certain line of mattresses & beds. Bed specialist will now always be our go to place for beds, we didn’t need to spend long in there as we know what sort of thing we like & we were shown those type of mattresses. We bought a bed, mattress & pillows from them & wouldn’t hesitate to go back for future beds. If you’ve got a rough idea of what you like Bed Specialist will find the right one for you. After 2 other abortive attempts with other companies (Bensons and Emma) to buy a mattress (which was not the advertised size and then could not give a delivery date!) The Bed Specialists came up trumps and the mattresses are so comfortable. We will never go anywhere else for our mattresses now!
