Oct 10,2023My order was placed on Sunday which I payed an extra £5 for next day delivery. My package didn’t arrive until the Wednesday afternoon when I needed it for Tuesday. There was no communication about the delay, no offer of a refund. I then altered the delivery option once it had been dispatched on Wednesday to get it delivered to my local post office in the hopes of it being delivered sooner which then changed the delivery date to Friday, luckily this change was ignored and it was sent to my home address on the Wednesday.
