I have been a loyal customer of The DUA Brand and have always appreciated their products. However, my recent experience with their customer service has left me deeply disappointed. I placed an order over two weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. This delay far exceeds the 3-5 day processing time mentioned on their website, which is simply unacceptable. As a loyal customer who has spent significant amounts with the company, I expected better. Given the delay, I believe it's reasonable to expect some form of compensation, such as expedited shipping at the very least, but that didn't happen. An apology alone is insufficient in this case. I hope The DUA Brand takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service to better meet the expectations of their loyal customers.

I love Dua! The fragrances are top tier I cannot get enough! Shipping is pretty fast and well packaged and customer service is great! Mahsam is an amazing business owner who really cares about his customers! I recommend Dua to everyone!!

rubbish, takes to long if you order anything ,good luck you will wait a month and maybe you get it delivered.what a rubbish shopping experience .rubbish ,rubbish...0 stars my first and the last time buying from dua .

I purchased Miss Congeniality, Casino Elixir, Poseidon’s Elixir 13ZZ, and Angelic Elixir. The scent doesnt last 30 minute, even if I showered with Poseiden's Elixir 13ZZ. They don't post the negative review I left on their website.. I don't recommend this shady company!

Purchased 3 fragrances I thought i might have liked...of one I knew the original, the other were pure curiosity. Shipment to Italy from US was 30€...and duty fees were just around that figure (for parfumes are due in Italy). Well, shipment was with UPS well tracked. Goods arrived perfect...and to my surprise, were all lovely. Still have to test endurance...and would advise not to spray them on the skin and go sunbathe (they do sting a bit)...but the smell is divine!

The fragrances where on point as usual, the only complaint I have is how long its taking to receive my orders also I read reviews saying they received samples with their orders which I had never received any.

I love how this company effectively communicates. Regrading sales, proactively updates you on the status of your order if there any delays, and when products are back in stock. The quality of their products and customer service is superior !!!

I have been purchasing from this company for a few years. The fragrances offered are of high quality, excellent value, great customer service and variety. Shipping times and restocks are slower than average, but no other company has over 2000 fragrances in their library. This is a small company that has grown exponentially the last few years. The fragrances are hand crafted, hand labeled and sent by few employees. Something that basically started out of a small garage is now in a larger warehouse in Southern California. It's a mom and pop shop with a growing huge fan base. The business model needs some tweaks, but I'm loving my purchases, several hundred bottles of niche perfume. DUA is something I want to stand behind. I love what the owner, Mahsam Raza is trying to do.

Like a few others, long time fan of this brand, and own many of their fragrances. In fact.. even helped promote them, for my friend Dan Mickers (RIP) who was being sent free bottles from them. Dan often sent me samples from Dua, since they gave him free bottles to promote on his Youtube channel, and I genuinely enjoyed the stuff too, enough to buy many of my own bottles, and rave about them to friends, family, and reviews online. But like many stores.. once they get rich, the customer service dissipates, the product becomes inferior, because they've already made their money, and fame, and will continue to make money, and don't care about losing customers, because for every 1 they lose, they gain 2 more. Sadly.. this is how ecommerce works. Until another company comes along, that does things as well and has good customer service.. Dua will still make money. Admittedly.. I've tried many of the "clone" stuff, and Dua really does it very well. With the occasional garbage you might get, and believe me.. trying to get a refund will be a waste of your time, and stress on your nerves. Don't bother. There are a couple people who work the customer support. Notably, a woman named Amber C. she is quite toxic, and will ignore your emails usually. Whether she is trained to do this or not, is not my concern, but there is a way to talk to people, and way not to, she is just flat out rude, and obviously has no manners, nor any empathy, or proper schooling on social skills, and customer service. She should be able to determine when somebody is a long time buyer for many years, and has bought 15-20 + bottles, and happens to have ONE issue, this is a loyal customer, this is not someone you wanna lose. Based on what I've read here, it looks like I'm not the only loyal customer they've lost. As reluctant as I am to shop there again, in fear of another "bad bottle", they make good stuff for the most part. But prices continue to go up, quality control continues to get more sketchy, products continue to look cheaper - now going from boxes to cheap unlabeled bags to put their bottles in, and shipping continues to take longer without any communication or notifications when something has shipped. Dua has obviously made its fortune, and the time where they took the time an effort to treat customers well is over. Now if you get a "bad bottle" you're stuck with it. You won't get a refund, nor any recourse or reassurance like a replacement. You're basically out of whatever money you spent, un less you happened to use paypal, which is hard to get a refund from, and make you wait a month +, or if you happen to have a good creditcard that you used, like Amex is pretty easy to get a refund. Ahh what an unnecessary nightmare, from what could have been a great company to use for many years to come. They only care about giving free bottles to a few Youtubers now who promote them to their subscribers, and that's all they need, they are basically made. The rest of us have to suffer.

My package never arrived. They just messaged me that I have to pay shipping, customs and RETURN shipping on a product I never received. The CS is horrible! Slow and doesn't take responsibility.

Cologne did not smell like the brand it was supposed to and they will not take any returns for any reason..
