I purchased 2 bottles over 2 weeks ago and never received them. Now I see in Trustpilot that this is a very common thing for theginwarehouse, I'm just hopeful I will at least get my money back or will need to file a fraud case with my credit card. They ignore my emails.
Didn't receive order - no reply to any e-mails or correspondence via website - phone unanswered. Now find out they've shut their website so have run off with my money. Considering small claims or trading standards action Avoid like the plague
I ordered Thunderflower Gin well before Christmas as a gift. After trying to contact them by ringing and emailing for an update, I eventually managed contact through their Chat line and they were most helpful and honest, promising me they would be in touch if they thought there would be a problem supplying before Christmas. The cause was at the distillery but they eventually informed me that delivery would be the next week, which it was. Thank you Gin Warehouse.
You send emails asking for a review, but I have not received my order yet. Many emails asking about it and only one reply. That one asked for more info and I replied with that info. No contact since. What is going on???
Product not received for over 3 months, no response to contact emails to determine where product is, effectively stolen my money!
Great price and service, delivery cost is a good, plenty of gin deals to buy
I would like to write a review but as I have not received the product and paid a premium rate for delivery one can say I am not best pleased would be grateful to know when I will get the gin I ordered
The customer service was very helpful (Alex) did try to resolve a delivery issue as the item I chose was on a back order & wouldn't arrive when I needed it. Also Alex arranged my refund very quickly.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at all with the gin I ordered. Initially my order didn't arrive, the reason given was a technical problem with the dispatching. I received an email apologising and offering a few additions by way of an apology. (There was already a bottle of tonic included in my original purchase). However, when the go arrived it was boxed in a tattered and damaged box. Inside the box was the gin..hooray!!!!, a jar of gin sweets which were all broken and crumbled at the bottom of the jar, a metal straw which had so many dents in it, it was bent and two bottles of tonic, one of which was violet...an acquired taste!! Needless to say I remain very disappointed in the service I have received.
I placed an order for 2 bottles of special gin for mothers day on 16th . Order accepted and charged. Still no delivery on 23rd. Website tracking does not give information why. No other comms from company. customer service Phone does not work as blaming on Covid. Very poor . Wonder how and when do I get refund and order from elsewhere in time as express delivery at added costs !!!

Bought this calendar for my wife. To be honest this one is least impressive for years. Why would you put gin in a small jar? As it happens jars are the best thing about it, she’ll repurpose all of them

packaging is flimsy and the advent windows have come open. Not sturdy at all and pretty useless now some windows opened during transit
Not tried the gin yet because it’s not December but disappointed that when it arrived the bow it was in had clearly had weight on it and the box was broken and open and also the advent box had been crushed and a few bottles of gin had fallen out, the driver did apologize and none of the bottles were broken
Order processed and delivered expeditiously. Will most certainly use them again.
