Jan 17,2025Although there were some initial delays getting an accurate shipping status, the store personnel were quick to respond. Who can control the USPS anyway??? They were so gracious as to refund the shipping costs even though we were both understanding of the USPS challenges. The products I ordered were eventually received and Im axious to go twist off the head of a bolt to try them out!

Aug 10,2024Everything worked as described. They are a little hard to reach, but once you figure out that Facebook is the best way, they are very responsive. Price is competitive, product quality is considerably better than the competition - which begs the question - why waste time and money on a different product when you will likely end up buying Grabit products anyway?
