I was recently given a Cut throat straight razor as a gift for Christmas and I needed blades but couldn't locate anywhere and I could bit rememberwhich blades to use and it has been years since I last used one .I went in the hair and beauty company in ballybane industrial estate and unfortunately I young sales assistant sold me the wrong blades and I declined to get me receipt (not her fault) When I returned a week later I met with another sales assistant and I explained they weren't the correct blades and I didn't have my receipt. She was immediately understanding and even took time to find the correct blades and demonstrate how to correctly fit them in my cut throat razor and even gave me a refund for the old ones. I never got her name she just had blonde hair tied in a ponytail but I'd just like to say she was very polite and understanding. A lady. Fantastic customer service!
