First impression is a last impression. I am so frustrated, disappointed and distrusted your shop at 116 Eyre square centre, Galway. Yesterday I purchased “Kadus Velvet Oil 100ml with the Price of €25.60” at time 17:40, 21 Oct2023. This Kadus Velet oil price on you website is €16.25. I am mentally stressed after seeing this at your own website that the price is €16.25. It’s mean you robbed me. I will never ever again buy anything from you. Thanks for fooling customers.

New staff in eyre square centre very helpful. Much better. The ridiculous chain blocking half the shop is the most off putting thing I’ve ever seen in a shop ever. The chain is the reason for the two stars.
