Jan 20,2025I really thought this was a trust worthy company but I won't be ordering again. I did an online order for the Elvis coin. It was offered for 'free' just pay £2.50 postage. As expected payment was needed before you could complete the online order. Delivery was fast, the coin was perfect a gift. What's the problem you may ask.... 3 months later I start getting messages and invoices for non payment. They refuse to believe I paid without me sending proof. When I said how can I not have paid when you can't complete the order online without payment, they didn't want to hear it. Just insisted I sent bank statements to prove it. I won't touch this company again.
