Jan 19,2025London Mints reply is a farce, no mention of the other 7 emails i sent or their bullish selling ideals. Charlotte did not reply to my questions just skirted around them, disgraceful behaviour, do not recommend anyone using them. Dreadful customer service, do not reply to emails. Underhand way to get customers to pay huge amounts to complete a collection. Never order anything from them again, bully tactics!

Jan 18,2025Well they lost my order but not going to buy anymore from these as it defeats the object of collecting interesting coins. They claimed they had ran out or something which was a strange thing to be told as surely they would only send out to whoever has ordered this or that. Anyway not losing any sleep over this but the 2 coins I did receive are nice but still not going to risk buying from these again as they might go missing as well. I did not lose a lot of money only 2.50 but at the same time, imagine having wasted hundreds of pounds on a set and that had been lost? So good that it was only 2.50 but I suppose I can claim it back since order not received. The principal of the matter is more important than the actual cost. Had I bought 3 sets of coins instead of just cheap single coins, and 2 sets arrived and the 3rd one had not, obviously I would have been more annoyed? Stepping away now since not wishing any extra stress due to undelivered goods. This business does do cold calling too for some reason.. Never signed up for that either so interesting to find out what the un ethical approach of harassing customers is?

Jan 18,2025I've had a series of conversations with this Company over the last few weeks, dealing with an issue that could have been avoided from the beginning. I will be honest, I initially gave a 1 star review however, now the problem has been addressed with an apologetic phone call in person from the Manager, I'm 100% satisfied that this has now been resolved fully.
