Jan 12,2025They fail to tell you the last coin of your collection is going to cost more than the collection itself, meaning you don't get a full collection. Fraudulent, misleading and very dishonest, shame on you London mint office. I have just paid the last installment of a collection that's not complete. They don't tell you this until you have almost finished collection, well too late to send back then isn't it

Jan 11,2025My elderly father had received a text message saying he owed money from the Royal Mint. He’s recently got into a real confusion with coin companies, not realising that when he gets one coin, he is then contracted to receive more coins each month often at ridiculous prices so my sister and I are calling these companies to see how much he owes and tell them to stop contacting him, often finding the people we talk to rude and unhelpful. I called Royal Mint and spoke to Morgan? I think that was his name and he explained that Dad owed £2.50 for delivery and asked if he’d received the coin. My father couldn’t remember so I told Morgan I just wanted to pay and asked if he was contracted to further coins. He explained that their company didn’t work like that and if Dad wanted more coins he would have to contact them. I was happy with how the company operated so didn’t ask for Dad’s details to be removed but without being prompted Morgan? asked if Dad was vulnerable and said he could complete something so that the system flagged this up and also took my details to add me to the account. It was such a positive experience compared to what I have had from other coin companies I feel that dad can continue with his hobby through this company without being exploited as other similar organisations have done to him.
