May 12,2023Bought the archiving and record management through wowser/living social, I wasn't able to access the course with the voucher code as it kept saying invalid code. I emailed both companies still no resolution, I online chatted with the Mandatory training company (it took half an hour to get a response) at which point they sent another user name and password which didn't work either...Don't bother there are better online training companies.

May 04,2023I signed up to a safeguarding course, which was terrible & did not deliver topics as advertised. I have attended various safeguarding training over the past 15 years and this course did not contain basic pertinent information. The company advertise 100% money back guarantee (as long as you don't get the certificate at the end of the course). It has now been a month since I requested the refund and I have chased this twice - only to be told I need to wait 5-10 working days. Well that time has well and truly passed & I now feel compelled to write this negative review as I have never come across such a terrible course and unprofessional company. Do not use this company!

I found the course 'Archives & Records Management' with Mandatory Training Group and worked through it during the Christmas holidays. It really adds to my skill set, boosts my CV and adds extra flare to my LinkedIn Profile. I highly recommend. The courses are accessible and very interesting. Tips for learners: Take notes, even of the sample videos, the multiple choice test at the end even asks you questions about the characters in the video examples.

I have recommended it to my friends and I will still do it. Though there are some questions I know I got right and the system marked me down, like 2 questions, please review them. thanks
