Oct 01,2024All the relevant information was there.It was a dull course though.I think a video showing the techniques with audio would have been better,and made the course more interactive and enjoyable,rather than looking at slides and a paragraph of text.

Sep 25,2024As a nurse I found this refresher course very useful and much needed. I didn’t want to go but had to due to compliance but I am now aware how many of these core skills need to be kept up to speed. Richard was/is a very good instructor.

When I had a few queries about booking for a group it was very easy to get the answers and support I needed and my experience with a number of different staff members was positive they were all very professional, polite and friendly.

Sep 07,2024I Have used this training platform before, ordering multiple courses. On this occasion did have an issue accessing the payment screen however staff were really helpful I have done 15 sessions all were excellent both the free and paid for ones. Very easy to navigate, informative and enjoyable to do, which you cant say for all learning platforms. I will continue to use this training even between revalidation as interesting with a wide range of learning subjects and opportunities. Happy with the price thumbs up from me ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!
