Craig and Becca have guided us through to the offer brilliantly, helping us to understand how our individual circumstances affect what we will be offered. They also kept us up to date at every stage of the process and answered all emails and calls in a timely manner. The online portal is also really easy to use and to upload documents to. My broker Luka was friendly and patient (with my many questions as a FTB), he simplified the experience and ensured I understood all the ins and outs of the mortgage process.
