We didn't think it was possible but Adrian was absolutely brilliant and made our dreams a reality. Adrian has been so professional and comprehensive throughout but without being patronising! Adrian explained everything to us and his communication was faultless. Evie has also been a fantastic support and extremely thorough. She has been extremely responsive and very supportive. Jul 04,2024This is the 2nd occasion we have used this company and despite moving to different personnel the experience remained fantastic if not better than the first time round. We were fully supported to completion, with some complications along the way but Kerry, Becca and Samantha were exceptional in their knowledgable, professional and supportive approach. Not once did they disappoint and we never had to chase or were left with unanswered queries; they were all (including Evie covering holidays) consistant, reliable and went above and beyond to support with the whole process and unexpected stressors (ie solicitor/deed and trust issues) such a rarity these days no matter the business. At a time when I was recovering from life threatening surgery I needed this to be easy and they made this so. I cant thank them and this company enough for the support they provided. They all exceeded already high expectations.

When I first approached Adeleen, buying a house was at least a year away from me due to queries I had surrounding my credit file. I wanted to know what the process was and the options I had so I would be prepared when I was finally ready. After her thorough yet sensitive questioning regarding my personal circumstances, she assured me that I wouldn’t need to wait and I would be successful in securing a mortgage. The wait for my in-principle decision felt like a lifetime and I couldn’t believe it when she said, “Start house hunting, I’ll send you your documents now”. Thanks to her deep understanding of the market and the relationships she’s built with Lenders, she was able to find me a deal that was so much better than I could have imagined with a high street bank.
