May 22,2020The Rapacke Law Group handled my U.S. and PCT non-provisional patent applications, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. Starting from the very beginning, Andrew called me within minutes after expressing interest in his law firm’s services. Andrew walked me through the process, was clear on how much the patent application would cost and was able to give me a timeline for completion. All this with a 10-15 minute initial phone call. I retained their services, and the next day I was on the phone with them going over my invention disclosure. The patent application process is new to me, so I had numerous questions along the way. Both Andrew and Benjamin replied to my questions immediately. If this wasn’t enough to tell me that I had chosen the right law firm, they were more than willing to help me with questions that went beyond the patent applications, like forming a company, immediately getting a business address and phone number, and more. The patent applications themselves demonstrated how much experience they have with this process. Most importantly, given the time-sensitive nature of my invention, they completed all the work and submitted the application to the USPTO within the timeframe that Andrew had originally quoted me. I am very impressed with the Rapacke Law Group, and not only would I would recommend them to anyone interested in filing a patent, but I also plan to use them for any future work. He is always very fast to respond to my emails and seems to be very knowledgable in the area of Trademarks. Their flat pricing was exactly what they quoted and there was no hidden cost. The application was well written and protected my invention.
