Feb 26,2023Sent my shoes to be cleaned and sadly the sneaker doc had a break in what resulted to all shoes being taken. This happened in July 2022 it has now taken since Feb 2023 to get my money back, and to only be offered £500 for shoes that are worth well over that bearing in mind I also never got the money back that I paid for the original service! What happened to the owner was awful and I would not wish that on any business, however I was just looking to get my trainers cleaned, saw great comments about the company and sent them in - what I’m trying to say is, I never thought this would happen to me the ONE time I send in my trainers, the sneaker docs results look amazing however if something happens with your shoes, they get stolen or damaged within the process they aren’t going to be able to give you the money back and you’ll also wait months for it. Think twice and go through other, bigger companies that if your trainers get stolen / broken they will have the money to properly reimburse their customers. Not only have I waited months to be re paid (not the sneaker docs fault) I now have to add my own money to replace the shoes. It also took me to message for an update every 4/5 weeks to see what was going on and had maybe 1 update within the whole process. It’s now me out of pocket NOT the sneaker doc.

Feb 23,2023My experience with Sneaker Doc was amazing from start to finish, sent in 4 trainers to be cleaner after muddy getaway in the cotswolds, and they came back from the sneaker doc looking brand new✨, the team behind the WhatsApp and instagram are always reassuring and helpful. These lads will go the extra mile to ensure your shoes are looking fresh and are competent at doing so! cannot recommend enough, i will be telling all my friends and family about you! thankyou so much✨.

My shoes are back to 0 mileage & it’s saved me a couple of hundred pounds. Would definitely recommend to people who are looking to get new shoes, it’s worth while to get them cleaned by these guys.
