So I asked every question over and over and over again my keychains came out and were delivered PERFECTLY. Very much worth the fear of buying something online that I couldn't physically see to modify.

The/Studio managed to create a small-run of an intricately embroidered patch in half the estimated time, which was already fast. Plus, it was the replica of a tough design: a raven mascot perched on a book, holding a skull (reference to the Yorick passage in Shakespeare's 'Hamlet'), with text encircling it. Applied to a cardigan just in time for a humanities conservatory event. Thank you!
