Jul 05,2022The quality is outstanding. The care of their artists to make sure the final design is perfect is amazing. My last order was about getting a special trout image to look right. We use the pins we pay $3.11 for to get $25 donations for conservation work. This is our second pin in a series. We are already planning number three.

Prices beat my local embroidery shop because of their 50% off deal, and I'm hoping they can maintain those prices. My only critique is that the sizes are limited to half-inch increments, and ideally I would have been able to get a quarter-inch increment.

The Studio provided me with a high-quality product within my short timeframe, AND they provided phenomenal customer service every step of the way. To be honest, I was expecting just-another company that provides these types of things. My interactions with The Studio were a pleasant surprise. These folks take what they do seriously, and they do it well.
