Jul 24,2012very impressed by the rectification of a minor electronic glitch (the saving code did not function properly, but was rectified within half an hour after i sent an email to explain). received the goods within 48 hours, and am enjoying the tasty snacks on a daily basis since. thanks for a great service. will be ordering more when i run out (which wont be soon as i ordered quite a bit!!) :)

The quantity of Padron Peppers I had ordered was not in stock, but the company dispatched a larger pack - at the same price!! and kept me informed of the change. Very good customer care. Jul 12,2012Despite stipulating at point of order that delivery day was essential to this order, the handler decided to keep back the order as they found stock very slightly short, rang me once without leaving a message to call back or to inform me, and left me waiting in all day instead of calling back again or emailing me, to let me know of the delay. I was amazed by the lack of basic business sense. Terrible service. Will never use this company again.

I've been looking for 17cm straight side Tapas dishes with handles for quite some time to no avail until I found the Tapas Co online, I live in Dublin and received my dishes in three days and I've just made my first authentic Gambas pil pil. Thanks guys!!

Jul 07,2012As a shopping website it is a bit amateurish, but although the proprietors keep non-internet hours they do get back to you. The food quality, from what I've had so far, is very good, and delivery is fast - if pricey. All in all they do well and I will almost certainly order from them again.
