Dec 15,2023I ordered a single room underfloor heating kit which was indicated as in stock on their website, therefore I paid for next day delivery. It is now 8 days later and only the pipe has arrived today which is of no use without the clips etc. This has really held my extension up in terms of progress. If their website had indicated it was not in stock I would have ordered another product for next day delivery so that work could have progressed as planned.

I was contacted by a member of staff after ordering online as I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong thermostats. The order was corrected and this proactive intervention saved me time and money. I also was sent the wrong staples but new ones were quickly dispatched when I called. Quality of kit seems good and the online learning support is really excellent! Very happy so far … let’s hope it all works!!!

Dec 09,2023The company it self was very pleasant to deal with and dispatched the item quickly however the delivery company FedEx has completely let them down. Next day delivery has turned into a four day wait (assuming it arrives then). It’s a replacement heating pump so no heating until it’s fixed.
