Oct 24,2024To start with they are very nice people. I bought this product because I believed the ads. They claim a 1 - 72 hour turn around time and they did communicate and meet that. They also claim they can unlock any device whether it's paid off or not and they could not meet that. I have a Samsung S22 Ultra that i acquired from Verizon. I still owe $300 for the device so the carrier has a block on the device preventing it from being used with a different carrier. I understand the concept, but I don't understand why this is acceptable. That would be like you getting a key at 16 to drive any car and you not being able to do so unless the vehicle you currently drive is paid off. It's crap, and I only did this based off of the principle of the matter, not because I can't come up with $300. I mean think about it, a cell phone in today's world is more of a lifeline than a vehicle is. We use these devices for work, business, school etc. and these companies hold them over our heads for what? This should be allowed considering how vital these devices are to our daily lives now. In conclusion, this company did try without luck. They stated that the manufacturer, Samsung, would not relinquish the code and that they would continue to try until they get it. Newsflash, they will get it once the phone is paid off and Verizon releases the lock on it, but by then I won't need it because Verizon will have already unlocked it. So in a sense, it's a useless service that I spend money with just to spend an extra $29. No point made and the carriers win..... why, because they also stated that all unlocking services use the same servers and same practices. Which means anywhere you go you're going to get the same answers...

They were having some trouble unlocking the phone, so after a while they offered me a few options; I ended up choosing to do a refund. They were really kind about it and I got my money back the same week. It was very pleasant experience and I'd recommend giving Theunlockingcompany a try!

Oct 22,2024After receiving the "unlocked" refurb. that I had purchased on e-bay, I found it quite locked! I knew that if I returned it, I wouldn't be able to find another at the price with which I had acquired this one, so I set out to get it unlocked from the megalomaniacal dictatorship, I mean carrier, to which it seemed hopelessly and hermetically sealed. I did a good bit of on-line research and being a human American single mother in this economy, I couldn't risk losing $50 here or $2 there through trial and error. Along my digital journey, I happened across a post from a stranger whining about how TheUnlockingCompany is clearly a scammer and all the other knee-jerk war cries of the ignorant masses who refuse to read a service company's terms and conditions before agreeing to them. In this life, every decision is a risk. The difference is having the cognitive capacity to calculate each one to the best of your ability. You win some and you lose some. Nothing is new under the sun when it comes to humans. Only the technology has changed. Sadly, it so often ranks the ignorant as a "Top Contributor" based on volume alone without considering content. I was not surprised to discover that this patron's cry of "SCAMMER ALERT" was due to the fact that the nature of this beast is not an exact science to the very second of a "72" hour turn-around time. The poor waif had to wait one more full day to have her device freed from the otherwise inescapable prison. The very device, I would wager, from which she was posting this "Top Contributor" scathing review of this company. It was when I read the response from TheUnlockingCompany that had me sold on trusting them to turn my pretty paper weight into my shiny new device. Essentially, I interpreted it as, "Um, hello. Hey. Hi. Not scammers. Doing precisely as promised with all of the caveats stated with said promise according to the confines of the nature of the business model. Patience is a virtue." Or something like that. I am more than pleased to have trusted this company with my new, now UNLOCKED device which is quite operational and shiny and pretty and no papers shall be weighed down by this one! My only regret is not asking if they have a division that will diagnose a Fiat. One hurdle at a time, I suppose. 100% pleased, 100% gleefully recommending these heroes in hornrimmed glasses, if the stereotype holds. Sincerely grateful and happy to have sidestepped a true scam or a new lesson in living with disappointment. Now, away to make up for the days I hesitated and continued to risk slicing my fingers to ribbons should the shipping tape confining the screen of my previous device into a solid slab give way again.

Under 15 day to done the job give 60%charge second option give me 4 to 5 day refund.I choice second refund back.Give them 4 days waste it.If I continue to do they not promise time frame to done the job.
