Aug 15,2024I ordered online as it said the piece was in stock. Then they called me to say they actually order from another company in the UK and they didnt have it…The reason I ordered from them was everyone else was offering on back order but they said they had it in stock. I cancelled the order and am still waiting for a refund 7 days later. I wrote today asking where the refund was and had a one liner saying it takes up to 7 days … well let’s see if it’s in my account by midnight! Will use Simply Wigs my usual next time as they are polite, lovely and refund super quickly!

The whole process from start to finish was really professional and quick. A big ‘Thank - you’ to Janet who has supported and advised me on my journey. Aug 08,2024The Wonderful Wig Company has been amazing for me! From the initial consultation, to the fitting and styling of my wig. Having lost my hair due to chemotherapy, my wig has given me the confidence to live my life as normal. The quality is incredible and the colour match to my hair is absolutely perfect. So many people have commented that it looks exactly like my hair was. Nicola has provided me with invaluable guidance and advice. She has been friendly, sensitive and supportive throughout. I could not recommend the company more highly. They have truly made a very difficult time in my life, much easier to deal with. ❤️

Jun 28,2024Caitlin was lovely, I was made to feel very comfortable. Caitlin really knew her stuff, she listened and brought several wigs for me to try to enable me to find two that I thought really suited me. Caitlin then sent away for the colours that I liked, they were delivered really quickly and I made an appointment to go back. I chose my wig and Caitlin cut it for me. At all times she was thoughtful and professional.

Jemma who I had my appointment with was very knowledgeable and caring showed me various types and styles of wigs finally recommending the one I purchased. The wig is so natural that when I wore it family and friends all stated that is the same style and colour as my original hairstyle. I would highly recommend this company to anyone going through issues with hair loss

Jun 21,2024The experience was excellent, Janet was patient, knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. The Sunderland salon was a relaxing space. It was my first time buying a wig so it all seemed very overwhelming and I was so anxious I got my MIL to come to later appointments. Was initially recommended a topper, but asked to be switched to a wig due to worries about further hair loss on the top of my head. Janet matched the wig to my own hair colour and style. It’s been a couple of months since my appointment but wanted time to reflect on the experience before leaving a review. If there were any downsides it would be not being told the name of my wig and having to ask at a later date (I was looking for styling tips specifically for that wig). Make sure you ask for the box, too. I didn’t and further research suggests it’s odd not to be given it. Guessing I would have got it if ordered from their website. Have had to find another box to store it in to keep the dust off. Chalk that one down to my own inexperience. I’d definitely go back to buy my second wig, but would ask for the box.

Jun 19,2024My mam was made to feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. Had a choice of wigs for her to try. The one she eventually chose was very near to her original hair colour. Whenever, on the rare occasion she went out, she was always complimented on her hair, especially by people who didn't realise she had kist her hair. Unfortunately she didn't get the chance to wear if very often as she passed away about a year after purchasing the wig.

Sep 13,2024My hair loss was the result of a bad car accident 26 years ago. I was left with a large bald patch at the top of my head plus a smaller patch at the side. I was very fortunate that I survived and recovered from other injuries suffered. Due to my thick hair, I learned to cover the patches and no one would have ever known but I did. The impact was huge and really affected my self confidence. I spent many years researching for solutions and then by a random google search, I found the Wonderful Wig Company 2 and a half years ago. Having the hair integration system has completely changed how I feel about myself now and look. The staff are amazing, so friendly and knowledgable and listen to me with any questions I have or concerns. Absolutely brilliant service, could not recommend enough, thank you
