No tuve ningun problema para entrar al estadio.Tuve que ponerme en contacto con el equipo de TicketKosta y su servicio de atención al cliente fue fantástico. Sin duda volvere a comprar a traves de este sitio!

Jan 14,2025Not very honest and a rip off. Purchased tickets for SuperCopa Espana 2025 in a specific location in the stadium, however the seats turned out to be in totally different places with a value that is much cheaper than what they've purchased for. TicketKosta charged 2.5 times per ticket than actual face value of the assigned seats. On top of that, customer service communication is very bad.

Nov 19,2024Ordered 2k exec box tickets for liverpool game, whatsapped me the spec of the tickets to be told they are lower grade hospitality tickets not in a box , and worth a quarter of the price paid, blatant fraud, no reply on WhatsApp after confronting them!! Stay clear or these scammers, reporting to the bank and police tomorrow to get my money back repeat DO NOT BUY tickets from these people as its a complete rip off scam

Oct 28,2024Bonsoir, Experience à couper le souffle … dans le mauvais sens du terme. Nous réservons nos places, à prix d'or, relativement en avance. Nous bookons ensuite transport et logement. Puis nous recevons les places seulement la veille du match en question. Nous nous disons que le plus dur est passé mais il n’en est rien lorsque l’on arrive au stade à 19h30 et que l’on nous indique que les places ont déjà été scannées 40mn plus tôt … et que l’on ne peut donc pas rentrer. Après presque une heure d’attente en chattant sur le compte WhatsApp du site et avec preuves vidéos le site Ticket Kosta a permis de nous procurer de nouvelles places sur le gong a 15 mn du coup d’envoi mais à la porte opposée. Résultat nous sprintons pour arriver à temps pour le coup d’envoi, en ratant toute la mise en scène du choc auquel nous avions le plaisir de venir assister. Ce fut une expérience plus stressante qu’autre chose c’est pourquoi je vous déconseille fortement l’achat de vos billets ici. Très déçu !
