Jan 21,2024This place is a scam do not buy from here. They take your money and then they buy tickets and sell them to multiple people so you get tickets that you think are legit but they aren’t. The workers at the stadium explained this to us and was kind enough to provide us with a letter to help get our money back for the non-receipt of goods. Even if this company was legit they overcharge you, send you the “tickets” at the last possible minute and on top of that they are incredibly unprofessional anyway. The phone number on their website isn’t real, they don’t respond to emails and when I was able to contact them through WhatsApp they called me mate in a message and then deleted it and then called me sir (I’m not a sir I’m an 18 female who worked about 2 weeks to make the money to buy those tickets. Basically the whole thing is a scam and I cannot wait to get my money back. Never buy from places like this there’s always a chance it’s a scam. Order number 19852 Match: Arsenal v Crystal Palace

Dec 29,2023Booking the “VIP Hospitality Tickets” via Ticketkosta was easy and this vendor can be trusted. At the same time I was not informed about the exact seats that I would get. Neither could I select any seats - there was no availability to choose from. I got the tickets only 2 days before the match at Anfield (Liverpool vs. Man Utd) and the seats were behind the football goal at an Upper Stand. The Hospitality did not include any venue at the Anfield stadium - instead it was a pre-match hospitality at Crowne Plaza Hotel, 3 miles away from the stadium. And it ended 2 hours before the match, so when we arrived there 1.5 hours before the match all was gone. The information on the hospitality closing time was not provided in the Ticketkosta information email.

Dec 21,2023I am trying to contact Ticketcosta...i just bought #22028...Spanish Super Copa...I just read this other comments and something is wrong...no answer on emails and no phone contact....I think is a fraud. They just told me...that They will send me the tickets..in 1-2 days..we will see...the issue is that the phone they have on the web...does not work... I will keep following the story...the match is Jan 10th...if I get the tickets...I will give the 5 star...but I already bought the flight tickets to Riyad from Madrid Today is Jan 5th...I am in Riyad...and the only thing that I heard from them...is "I am checking with the supplier when the tickets will be sent"...on Jan 3th. I reply to them that I am NOT in Madrid so they should ask for my answer...NOT answered yet... We will see..if I received but I am communicated with you the experience...now let´s see if I get it..if not I will go to the Spanish Police...for the scam...and fraud...I have connections with the Police at high level...we will find them If I get the tickets...I will also communicated so everyone will know...so keep waiting for my next communication Finally I got my tickets 24h before the match…I still think that they need to improve the customer communication..but I got my tickets

Dec 13,2023Die Bezahlung per Rechnung hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Erreichbarkeit der Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens ist ungenügend. Die Tickets sind mehr als Rechtzeitig angekommen und die Plätze waren „der letzte Fleck im Eck“.

We paid 500€ per ticket now they want 800€. I have not my money back, and they don’t want to pay for the flight and the hotel I booked!!!! DONT BUY TICKETS HERE

Dec 01,2023J'ai réservé deux places pour le match Real de madrid/naples le 21 novembre (650€ quand même). N'ayant pas reçu de mail de confirmation j'ai envoyé un mail. J'ai renvoyé un mail le 22 et des messages sur what's app et sur messenger car je n'avais pas de réponse (j'avais peur... 😅) Réponse par mail le 23 qui m'indiquait que j'allais recevoir la confirmation bientôt. Ce fut le cas rapidement, avec les billets. J'arrivais pas à les ouvrir donc j'ai renvoyé un mail et ils m'ont aidé. J'ai eu peur jusqu'à l'entrée au stade que les billets ne fonctionnent mais heureusement aucun soucis. Le fonctionnement est particulier car il faut solliciter le service client, mais la prestation demandée est bien là et pour des matchs aussi prisés que celui-ci, ça vaut le coût. Je recommande donc ce site 👍
