Sep 24,2023Como toda comercialización vía web tiene la facilidad de horarios para la adquisición de tickets de entada a eventos. El pago de los mismos ha sido seguro. Como mejora, pediría a TIcketkosta que entregue comprobante o resguardo por el pago del ticket de entrada adquirido dado que el ticket oficial solo lo entregan unos 2 o 3 días antes del evento. También tuvo incertidumbre en cuanto a la entrega del ticket a unos de los eventos, lo entregaron a menos de 24 hs del inicio del mismo. Todo lo demás sin inconvenientes ni contratiempos.

Sep 21,2023I bought tickets for Real - Union football. The commission is simple! But come on, it's not about money, because before buying you see the math itself and make your own decision. I bought tickets in 7 days, they came in fact on the day of the match. Well, how did you come... I received a letter to the post office with the address where to go, we need to pick them up!!!! 2023!! It's clear that we were flying to the match, we're not locals. In general, it came in fact 4 hours before the match, to go to the other end of the city... ok, we take it, they give us someone's season tickets)))) personalised and they say like if they ask, tell me that it's you!! And at the end they said that I need to return them after the match))))) and it's in my interest because they have my passport details! That is, as a conclusion I got to the match, but how I did it, it's tough. 2 out of 5!

Sep 20,2023Everything went right but I was a bit stressed because time was running and I had big difficulties to get in touch with the customer service (only the email adress is answering, forget WhatsApp, phone number, messenger etc).

Sep 13,2023Nous avons commandé 2 billets d’entrée pour le match d’ouverture de la coupe du monde de rugby au mois de décembre 2022 Nous avons reçu notre commande 3 jours avant le match. Environ une semaine avant nous commencions à nous inquiéter de n’avoir aucune nouvelle plus de 8 mois après notre achat nous avons donc contacté Ticket Kosta par mail et sur les réseaux sociaux et avons toujours eu des réponses rapides et rassurantes de leur part. Nous avons eu en prime des entrées bien placées et sommes donc très satisfaits de notre expérience…

Jul 06,2023J'ai achete des tickets pour le match Portugal Bosnie 14 juni 2023, les tickets que j'ai recu par mail etaient faux. J'ai paye 400 euros pour 2 tickets categorie A, quand nous sommes arrive au stade on nous a dit que les tickets faux, sur les tickets il etait indique 10 euros...je contacte tickets kosta et ils me repondent qu'ils sont entrain de faire des recherches, ils ne comprennent pas..1h avant le match je recois 2 tickets categorie C avec un prix indique de 5 euros sur les tickets vraiment bizarre, a l'entree du stade on me dit que c'est egalement des faux..je renvois un mail a TicketKosta et ils me disent qu'ils vont me rembourser l'integralite..oke super je pense..apres toutes mes depenses d'avion et d'hotel des Pays-Bas jusqu'au Portugal pour rien..le lendemain je recois un mail de TicketKosta que la Federation de Footbaal Portugaise a refuse l'entree du stade a beaucoup de personnes car beaucoup de faux billets etaient en circulation..et maintenant ils me disent qu'ils me remboursent que la difference entre des billets de categorie A et C, et que je devrais etre contente car beaucoup de personne n'ont pas eu la chance de voir le match..127 euros que j'ai ete rembourse sur les 400 euros et je n'ai meme pas pu assiste au match..je leur envoi un email pour leur preciser que je n'ai pas pu assister au match car l'entree nous a ete refuser et TicketKosta font les sourds. Pour moi ceux de vrai arnaqueurs j'ai depense tellement d'argent pour des faux tickets que j'ai paye 400 euros et j'obtiens un remboursement de 127 euros..ils sont malhonnete et ils ne repondent plus aux emails, et via WhatsApp ils ne repondent pas aussi. TICKETKOSTA =ARNAQUEUR
