Nov 11,2012I love ties.com. I recently purchased a tie rack from their Amazon store. The rack had some mechanical issues that began about 30 days after I purchased and began using the device. After writing customer service about the issue, they swiftly shipped a brand new device to me (and said that they even tested it out in the warehouse with ties to make sure the motor worked correctly.) THAT, my friends...is Customer Service at its best! Thanks Ties.com!

The shipping was amazingly fast, so fast when I got a package in the mail I couldn't imagine what it could be, since I wasn't expecting a package yet it wasn't even on my mind! What a pleasant surprise too, because it was a supreme quality product! Plus I got it from ties.com for a better price than I could find on an eBay auction even! I will definitely be using ties.com from now on for all my tie needs1

It looks adsactly like it did in the picture, no tricks, and it fits great. The quality is good and it is adsactly what I was looking for! I am so happy with it! Also the shipping said 7-10 days and it came in 4. I most defiantly recomend this company to anyone looking for an amazing tie at an even more amazing price!

I fell in love with two pashminas that I thought were going to be my favorite articles this winter...until they came in the mail and they are thin enough to see through. They are not warm or very soft, they were not worth the money I paid for the quality. They came in a very cute casing and they came very fast. I really would just have to say they deceived me with the quality. It's a pity, I was really excited.
