Feb 08,2022Paul and the team at Tile Mall have provided an excellent service to me in Perth, WA. Any queries I had on delivery date where answered promptly by email and telephone. And the Pink Mosaic Penny Round tiles - wow, so pretty - the colours are crisp and the quality/thickness of tile is great. Look forward to sharing photos once they're laid!

Feb 08,2022I ordered tile samples from 3 stores in Sydney. One sent their free sample by courier and it arrived overnight. Another free sample used Australia post and it arrived in 5 days with a weekend in the middle. You charged me $15, then took 2 days to post it, and it arrived 8 days after I paid for it. And according to your freight calculator, the cost of freight to Queensland would nearly double the cost. I should have checked that before I paid for the sample. I had already bought one of the others before your sample arrived.

Paul was very helpful and tried all he can to provide us the product we were looking for while it was end of the year holiday. The terrazzo tile looks amazing with combination of subway tiles. I will update with new photos. I highly recommend Tilemall.

Jan 09,2022Love the selection, I am still waiting on my second parcel and can’t wait to see those too! My only critique is the lack of labelling on the samples; when you are getting multiple samples, a few similar colours or from other suppliers it is hard to keep track. Would also make ordering easier. I have a couple of tiles that I have no idea which one they are??
