Their price was the best I could find, the delivery to my house on the Northern Beaches was prompt, they even loaded the tiles into my house, delivery guys were just as professional as the owner/salesperson. I highly recommend them! Note, I bought over the phone based on their web images and I was very happy with the product, though I never visited their showroom.

Nov 05,2021Two different glitches in the ordering/confirmation process. Also, not the only tile seller to NOT MAKE IT ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that upon 'delivery' you better be ready to unload and carry multiple very heavy boxes etc as though you're some type of 'on call' labourer (what if you're elderly or ill etc?) or else it just gets dumped on the street. Ridiculous lack of disclosure. Good tiles, no breakage, competitive price, very good/quick responsiveness to online queries as well as relatively speedy delivery time (Sydney to Melbourne).

Nov 02,2021I have ordered twice online since July 2021, the staff and in particular Paul have been very helpful and kept me updated with shipping arrangements and delivery times. Having experienced the Qld border closure and the difficulty of goods being delivered from the Gold Coast to my area (25 mins south of Burleigh Heads) ordering from Sydney 870kl away has been a far easier process due to the excellent customer service & very fast shipping service on offer (delivered to Lismore less then 24 hours after ordering).Thank you for making the process so easy.
