Jun 01,2022One box of tiles came broken and delivery driver left them half on council land which in turn someone reported me to council for I got home just in time to save myself getting a $110 fine

May 30,2022Have had the best experience with Tilemall! Needed tiles urgently as the original supplier let me down after waiting 3 weeks. Put in an online order on Thursday night and immediately received a phone call from the manager at 10pm (he said they were working overtime) to help me with the best way to get the tiles from Sydney to Melbourne in the quickest timeframe. Agreed for tiles to be delivered to Frankston depot for me to pick up. Tiles arrived today (Monday) and even received a partial refund on shipping. I actually couldn't believe how helpful the manager was and would like to give a huge shout out and say thankyou so much!

May 28,2022Laundry renovation we chose the Marble Stario 600 x 600 Honed Blanco from Tilemall for our laundry renovation. The tile has a lovely tactile feel & due to the size was super easy & quick to lay. We used the tile on the walls & the colour choice complemented our existing flooring perfectly & we feel the end result is really great. Very happy.

May 26,2022Excellent service and quality! We ordered tiles in Feb and 3 months later needed another 2 boxes. I called up and spoke to Paul who went to check to see if they had any of the same batch left (which they did) and I was able to get some from that batch! The quality of the tiles has been commented on by numerous people too. Thank you Paul for all your assistance!
