Nov 01,2021Tiles are lovely but they were delivered to the wrong address, and when I informed them of this and asked for a partial or full refund of the $90(!) delivery fee, I received no reply Following this review TileMall refunded my delivery fee which I certainly appreciate. As I said, the tiles are really nice, so that was my only issue. **Edited following the below reply and refund of the delivery fee.

Nov 01,2021Prompt communication with Tilemall sales person. Courier company wasn’t so good to deal with and a box of tiles arrived broken. When arrived, boxes were unpacked by hand. A forklift would of made more sense for two pallet loads. Actual product is beautiful!!

Nov 01,2021Even through the lockdowns in NSW, Tilemall called to keep me informed of shipping times so that was great service. I was also glad that Tilemall calculated spare tiles automatically at checkout because that did come in handy

Nov 01,2021My order was placed for some tiles I required to complete our renovation. I assumed everything was ok however I thought I would ring up to check on the ETA as there was nothing online about this. I was then told that there were none of these in stock and I would eventually receive a refund. No apology. I would have thought the customer should be advised AT POINT OF PURCHASE that there are none in stock. I would have looked elsewhere and much quicker than I did in order to complete a delayed renovation.
