Apr 17,2024After not seeing my chosen tile in the showroom, the staff made every effort to answer my questions, offer to take photos and even have their warehouse help me to ensure that my choice of tile was exactly what I wanted before I made a purchase. My finished laundry looks AMAZING! It was worth all the additional effort from everyone involved. Thank you Tilemall.

Feb 27,2024The samples were incredibly small, a lot smaller that i expected them to be. One of a feature wall tile wasn't even worth getting because it didn't show the shape or texture. I won't bother getting tiles online again. The delivery came quickly which was good.

Feb 23,2024Luckily someone at SILO interiors had done the hard work of choosing the tiles for me. The benefit of having the tile choice done with all the codes made an on-line order a far simpler process. I did try and make an over the phone order, but Tilemall staff prefer customers to order on line. The order arrived about 5 days later which was much quicker than I thought as I live in regional NSW
