I had a small issue with the third party delivery company and once reported this was dealt with immediately and with excellent communication. I will definitely use again for any future tile needs.

May 29,2024The product did not match the dimensions on the website, however I got through to customer service no problem and they were very helpful. I ended up keeping the product because it just fit the purpose but it would be better if the info online matched the actual product.

I did wish there was a clearer outline for estimated shipping times / calculator prior to purchasing just so I could have been a little more prepared but otherwise was great customer service

May 24,2024Tiles all scratched. We bought around 15 boxes of tiles, most of the tiles were scratched (almost 90%), we just realized this when our builder already started the job laying the tiles. I was in contact with Klaus, I wont blame tile mall for this, probably they just need to source better quality tiles before starting sell it online. Our tiles was scratched because it wasn't pack properly from china, if they put some paper cushion in between the tiles this won't happen. We end up went to their warehouse "digging" their last 80 boxes stocks of tiles and only found around 25-30 tiles out of 400 tiles in a good/acceptable condition. Their staff deserve 5 stars, Thanks to Klaus and their warehouse team who helped us sorting all the tiles. We are in process to get our money back.
