Oct 14,2024This a hard one to rate,as I never received the tiles I ordered, this was of NO fault of Tilemall, but the courier who was absolutely hopeless and unwilling to react. As much as i would like review the tiles I cannot, but the tilemall customer service was very helpfull trying to solve the problem. Without any cooperation or action from the courier i ended up being refunded the money for the order.

Oct 11,2024I ordered online and their delivery was fast. I called to ask for some help relating to a few broken tiles and mentioned that I was short by 4 tiles. They sent me the replacement tiles for free. The customer service was excellent.
