Sep 01,2023I discovered Tilley & Grace whilst visiting Southwold a couple of years back. Since then I have purchased on line. The website is really easy to use, delivery is prompt, no problem with their returns service and, even better, they answer the phone! I called to add something to an online purchase I had just completed - an impossibility with most online suppliers. It was all sorted in less than 5 minutes and my items were dispatched the same day. So refreshing to experience proper customer service.

Aug 31,2023Fantastic experience with Tilley & Grace. I absolutely love their clothes - the quality ,fit , colours , choice …. I could go on and on. I discovered the brand recently on holiday in Norfolk and have since ordered online. I ordered some Camo trousers recently. When they arrived there was a hole in one of the seams. I was disappointed as wanted to take them on holiday with me a few days later. I contacted customer services and had the most amazing and outstanding service from Sophie. She arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out immediately along with a returns label for the faulty pair but assured me I could wait until my return from holiday before I needed to return the faulty ones. In fact I received replacement trousers the following day and was able to complete the return before I left. Communication was excellent throughout. Cannot recommend this company highly enough and have already placed another order.

Tilly and Grace is always my go to shop when I’m visiting, as it has fabulous clothing, jewellery, bags and scarves. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and make me feel so welcome! Aug 27,2023I have used Tilley and Grace for a long time. The staff and very kind, helpful and friendly and sometimes suggest different items. My favourite purchases are my gorgeous trousers in white with colourful roses. I loved them so much that I went back and purchased the mid-blue with the same lovely roses on. They are so comfortable, they are great, I really love wearing them I have a few of their gorgeous silk scarves too. They feel so good and the colours are fabulous. The jumpers are lovely and I have a couple of these also a gorgeous gilet. If they don't have the item you would like they check other stores to try and get it for you. Really lovely ladies. Aug 24,2023I was drawn into the Holt store by the amazing window display and a lovely bright green jumper. I went in to try it on, discovered I didn't like the fit but fell in love with a blue cardigan and a bright orange jumper instead. I went to pay for these - and then spotted a lovely bright orange bag so had to have that too:) It's that sort of shop - like being a child in a sweet shop, the endless wonderful colours and styles are just too hard to resist. And much less fattening than sweets! The staff are so lovely too - I am longing to go back when we're next in Norfolk.

The lady serving remembered us from a previous visit a few years ago when we told her about an item she had previously recommended and then sold us 😁 we always receive fantastic service.
