They were extremely knowledgeable with regard to the products range and made practical suggestions to choices of contrasting colours and fabric textures. All I all it was a joy to share a short time with ladies that patently enjoy their work.

Nothing is too much trouble and they are happy to make suggestions about different styles or colours. Exceptional customer service. Its like a personal shopper experience everytime i go in. Jul 29,2023Lovley quality clothes. Beautifully wrapped, pink and pretty. I love the trousers I bought when in southwold. Loose navy cotton with buttons down the side. I have three linen tops now. Lush. I think the pictures of trousers on the website…. Don’t look very attractive with turnups. But I’m very happy with my purchases.

Jul 28,2023Recently purchased a lovely white dress at the Tilley and Grace shop in Holt. Which I intended to wear when I renew my wedding vowels next month. The shop was inviting, clean and very colourful. The staff were also very attentive. I would recommend Tilley and Grace.

Recently I wanted to purchase the fab new jumpsuit you have this year, unfortunately there was not one in stock, very kindly one of the ladies wrote down my details and got one for me to collect the following day,great service, I have had many comments from friends on how lovely the jumpsuit looks !!

Jul 24,2023I visited your outlet shop in Holt recently. Very pleasant helpful assistant . Nice to be able to find the odd items in a size 22 . Could have been tempted by a lot more than I bought. I was asked if I had an account and the assistant was happy to check. All round a good experience. I had previously been into your main shop and left feeling ignored

We originally went in because we saw a scarf in the window and ended up with some lovely clothes for us both. It's now a "goto" shop for us, I'm not a conventional shape and definitely not body confident, but the encouragement and assistance of the staff has helped me find a new style that I really like and have been complimented on. They're helpful with ideas but not pushy, and honest about how I look in the clothes (so important). The combination of staff and clothes (ok, and a handbag) and pleasant experience in the shop is a winner for me.
