The Timeless Chesterfields brand is owned and operated by Saxon Furniture Ltd, a family run, British company who have been expertly hand-crafting Chesterfield leather and fabric furniture for 40 years.
The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields in the country without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.
As a company, we believe in being completely open about how our products are crafted and what materials we use. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom. It's an honesty that has served us well for 40 years and is evident not only in the workshop but across the company from, the showroom staff to customer services to the delivery team to our support staff. We are adamant that you will not encounter a more professional but friendly and genuine sofa buying experience in the UK.

Jan 29,2019Initially I was a little concerned about ordering a sofa that I hadn’t seen, however I couldn’t find anything that I really liked in the shops. When the sofa and chair arrived, it exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful and such lovely quality. The delivery drivers were so helpful and polite and did not leave until we had checked everything and were happy. Overall a wonderful service and would definitely recommend. My parents were so impressed that they are considering ordering one as well.

Jan 23,2019We have two dogs so we have decided to get a leather sofa, and we have been researching for months to find the right chesterfield sofa for us. As soon as we've sent our order to Timeless Chesterfields we knew we made the right decision. Before making the order, we have called their Customer Service team several times as we had countless questions. But no question was bothersome to them, all our questions and concerns were answered on the phone politely and very efficiently. During the production time they kept us up-to-date about our sofa, the delivery date and they've also sent an extra large sample from the leather the sofa was actually made of, what I thought was a very nice gesture. The delivery was organized in a very professional matter, the delivery team was on time, super polite and fun guys. We are absolutely delighted with our new sofa, it is simply beautiful and very comfortable. I think what makes this company so successful is that at this company really everyone cares. They take the sofa business seriously and most importantly they are proud of their sofas - as they should be, it is a beautiful piece of furniture! Best company I've ever dealt with!

Jan 09,2019On a recent trip to the UK we stopped at the Timeless Chesterfields store. We had planned to order a loveseat or two but came away happier with two beautiful chairs instead! Everyone at the store seemed pleasant, if a little surprised with "walk-in" traffic. Especially since we had e-mailed and told when we would arrive and even asked directions to the showroom, they acted as if our arrival was unusual! For example it took quite a while for our credit card to go through, which we're not used to anywhere in the UK. The chairs duly arrived here in Kentucky but the shipping agent was a little difficult to operate with. For one thing, they almost insisted they deliver our chairs by semi-truck. Finally we convinced them there was no room to turn that, "articulated lorry" as you folks call it, on the small streets in our area. I love the product! I feel the price was great! A little more comfort in the retail center and a better shipping experience would have merited 5 stars. Despite those issues, we will shop with Timeless Chesterfields again!

Über die Qualität kann man nur sagen : exzellente Verarbeitung von feinsten Materialien. Sehr schönes Leder (vorher Probe zur Freigabe).Preislich voll akzeptabel. Nov 27,2018Very professional service and customer oriented. Pauline from Export Sales was very patient in answering all my questions and very helpful accommodation all my special requests. I got answers in a timely manner. The follow-up after purchase is immaculate. I was asked to check and sign a specification sheet mentioning all the details relating to my order including any alterations that were required. I received samples of the fabric before the production of my sofas and I was informed about the shipment date well in time. Upon request I received pictures before my sofas were shipped to Holland. I would highly recommend Sofas by Saxon to everyone.
