The Timeless Chesterfields brand is owned and operated by Saxon Furniture Ltd, a family run, British company who have been expertly hand-crafting Chesterfield leather and fabric furniture for 40 years.
The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields in the country without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.
As a company, we believe in being completely open about how our products are crafted and what materials we use. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom. It's an honesty that has served us well for 40 years and is evident not only in the workshop but across the company from, the showroom staff to customer services to the delivery team to our support staff. We are adamant that you will not encounter a more professional but friendly and genuine sofa buying experience in the UK.

Sep 11,2018What a pleasure it has been to deal with a customer focused company, we wanted to make changes to the standard couches and everything we asked for was "yes no problem." After reading other reviews we thought that if our reaction was anything like other customers we would be very pleased, to say our expectations were surpassed is very much an understatement. We had chosen the wrong feet but these were exchanged without any fuss what so ever, both of the Oxford couches we have purchased look fantastic and should only improve with age. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you are looking for a quality product.

The team at Timeless Chesterfields (especially Janette!) was there for us every step of the way to answer our questions and to help guide us in the decision making process. The sofa was packaged extremely well for its transatlantic voyage and the shipping company was highly communicative and professional. We are so happy with our new couch! It's absolutely perfect and we are already thinking it needs a chair to match.

Aug 11,2018I am happy in Denmark I really had my doubts ordering furniture from abroad - so much I for now only have bought a sofa and no chairs. First of all I must say the staff have been really patient with all my questions before as well as after getting samples. And now here I am with my sofa and it is perhaps even better than I expected. Compared with the service and transportation I must say the prices are fair. It really feels like a high quality product. The only small issue was on the local delivery in my country where I had to sit a whole day and wait. But that is not to blame on Timeless Chesterfields. And I think it was worth the time. Jul 23,2018After realizing I couldn't find the sofa I wanted in the States I decided, with some trepidation, to order one online from Timeless Chesterfields. The ordering process was easy and pleasant. Leather swatches were shipped to me for approval. The sofa was ordered and shipment dates from the factory along with ship sail date and expected delivery date were provided. I was pleasantly surprised that all went exactly as planned and the sofa arrived safely but I was even more surprised at how beautiful and well constructed it was. Everything in this process exceeded my expectations.
