Oct 09,2023Nothing has happened. Its just that at this point you have done nothing to rate. You have my money and only speak of likely results. You sell my timeshare and rent the other than I will have something to rate. The person I dealt with seemed very nice and was helpful with dealing with the paperwork. Today I received papers to sign and the cover letter was signed as "Timeshare Management" not a name to be found on the letters.

However, I did have my attorney look it over and the only concern I had was they only advertise on their website only and they are not real estate agents. You can write your own ad and if you have knowledge of selling time shares then you should do this. They will advertise for you but then you need to do the rest.
