Jan 12,2025I Talked to Joy Moore about putting the timeshare up for sale and she was great, answering all my questions. When it came to doing the forms, I called the customer service line and they were also very helpful with filling out the forms. I was able to get on the web site to check our listing with little problem. All we need now to get a perfect five is to sell the timeshare!

Dec 30,2024The woman who called me on the phone. She definitely came across as understanding and quite sincere. We are no longer able to use the timeshare due to my husband's significant and sudden diagnosis that we did not anticipate. We loved Orange Lake but unfortunately are unable to travel.
