Felt confident that a sale would result from my advert but time will tell! Still awaiting follow up details of sale advert at the price asked. So fat - very satisfied.

Very Disappointed
Jul 06,2022Was led to believe certain things that turned out to be not true or full disclosure was hidden by not asking the right questions. Very disappointed. But then again that has been my experience with the whole time share racket since getting conned into buying one just before the beginning of COVID-19. I'm am sure some young quick witted lawyer will have in some way attempt to discredit this comment. The truth hurts. We were taken plain and simple. We've come to live with the loss, reckon they should learn to accept the negative comments too.

She was able to answer all my questions and concerns. she described in enough detail the process that Timeshare Only used to sell timeshare properties. She had access to my properties details and made me comfortable in signing up. We discussed ARDA and the fact that I would not be involved and anything illegal. The cost was reasonable . Overall it was a good experience. No Prtessure.

Jul 01,2022I actually contacted Timeshares on 6/22/22 and spoke with Ms. Vivian Gutierrez who was very helpful and explained what I needed to do. I faxed the documents requested yesterday and left Ms. Gutierrez a message and she contact me and confirmed she received the documents and forward to the proper person. I hope the selling of the time share goes just as smooth, looking forward to a buyer soon. The maintenance and taxes already paid for 2 years. Again, hope for a buyer soon!
