May 21,2024I have owned my Stallion Springs resort since 1999. When I purchased it they had an active sky resort, lodge, bowling ally and restaurant. Now it’s a bunch of old bungalows that need upgrading. All the amenities are gone and the town looks like the walking dead. I paid Timeshares Only a big fee to sell my timeshare. No luck after four years. I want out! It’s not worth the $800 maintenance fee and they are not maintaining the units anyway.

May 19,2024We have only just begun, however, Timeshares Only has given us hope that we could sell our timeshare to someone else, who like us will enjoy it for over 20 years. I am talking about our Holiday Inn Orange Lakes Resort in Orlando. We have 2 weeks, but not they are counted as points & in the red season. God bless us.

May 10,2024I have had my timeshare listed with this company for 7 months, lowered the price 3 times (lower than what they say is a reasonable price) and have received no offers. I don't know where they are advertising for my money, but it is not effective.
