Oct 05,2024I ordered one roll of toilet paper for a graduation party and the result was perfect ! It arrived earlier than what I expected, even if my order had to cross the Channel to reach France. I had a small problem receiving some order related emails, but Noah from the print team helped me a lot through the entire process. He kept me informed about my order status at every step, and answered very quickly to my questions. Thanks again to him and to the entire Toilet Face team, I won't hesitate to order from them again !

May 30,2024Update July 24: Eventually managed to contact the company via WhatsApp. Order arrived after another week. Good item but the communication could definitely be better. May 24: Placed an order, had no update on its progress or delivery date. No way of contacting except for a contact form which I filled out with no response.

I called them Monday asking how I can upload an image and they were super nice, I think they were called Joe, but he was happy to help

Apr 17,2023If I could give zero stars then I would. Products are pricey and the quality is seriously poor. I spent over £10 on a personalised toilet roll that went straight in the bin because I was too embarrassed to give such rubbish to a friend. It was also delivered over two weeks late. Don't waste your money

Mar 12,2023I ordered 3 items as part of a surprise birthday present gift. One of them (non personalized item) arrived within a couple of days, the second gift the day after and the third gift took another day to arrive (custom printed one). I'm guessing if you order a personalised toilet roll they take longer to make. It would have been nicer to have everything delivered together, as it's bad for the environment to deliver them separately, but I suppose this is not always possible. I'm guessing some are printed when you order them and some aren't. All items were very well received and I believe the image custom on the toilet roll came out really well, so I'm very happy with the overall service. I can't comment on customer service, as I didn't actually speak to anyone.

Mar 08,2023Poor product and poor customer service. I ordered a personalised toilet roll for my wife....the mock up online looked great....the actual printed picture was total rubbish. I spoke to Noah....he said to email. After some going around in circles with soft sentimental statements about how sorry he was he decided to offer me a refund but I would have to pay to return the product tracked, despite it being personalised with a picture of my wife, despite me already paying for delivery as well. The product was also delivered late - the IT system had gone down and it arrived literally a day before my wife's birthday but I'd ordered ten days before. I only found out because I emailed...no though at all in letting customers know that products would be delayed! In short - would never use again. 1 order and I've had two issues and no fair resolution. All I wanted was a refund....but I'm not paying for delivery and return for a product I feel is faulty. Total crap - excuse the pun.

Dec 29,2022I have placed an order on 3 December but it still hasn’t arrived. At first I thought something was wrong with the company, but I contacted them, and spoke to Joe, who is in charge. He was more than welcome to help me and explain why the order was taking so long (Royalmail strike). The package is now finally moving, so I can’t wait to finally receive my order 🙏. Even though it took a while, they kept contacting Royalmail and the package should arrive soon!

Dec 24,2024There was an initial problem with my order when Everi seemed to have lost it. This left severe timing issues for a replacement as needed before Christmas. I contacted the company, and Noah pulled out all the stops to get a replacement to me on time. Very impressed with the communications. Things do go wrong occasionally at all companies. What differentiates a good company from the rest is how they work to correct things when this happens. In this case they were excellent! Thanks Noah!
