We booked Maui Ocean Center and a Whale watching tour through Tom Barefoot and everything worked out great. The prepaid booking was easy and electronic passes were emailed to me quickly.

We had booked a catamaran sailing cruise for the manta rays. When we got there, we are on a catamaran but no sailing. It’s a motor catamaran. It was misleading when I also asked if we will be sailing on a catamaran not just be in a catamaran. Very disappointing and felt mislead

Unfortunately we had to cancel our tours. Cancellation was very quick and easy. Will rebook at later date.

Extremely helpful,great customer service from leslie. Very observant as i booked tour from the wrong island,cancelled without problem and rebooked from correct island. Highly recommend this company.

Kayak trip was good. Guided tour of Molakai was not. I would rent a car for the day. If barefoot can't do airfare and rental car, do it yourself.

I chose Tom Barefoot's service because they provide really great price with very many varieties of selections. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the reservations due to Corona Virus's wide spreading around the world. We are grateful that Tom Barefoot's service is fast and effective to refund us for the cancellation. We would definitely make reservation through Tom Barefoot's again. Thanks!

Judy was knowledgeable, friendly, and an excellent careful driver. The scenery was spectacular, and the dinner at Cafe' O'lei was very good.

Felix on bus 245 to Pearl Harbor was the best! His ongoing descriptions of sites along the way were priceless. While waiting for folks to return to the bus, he serenaded us with great Hawaiian tunes on his ukelele. He was courteous to all aboard and he helped make everyone' day. We appreciate your help in arranging a light plane tour of Kauai at a resonable cost. We are looking forward to our flight. We are devastated at the cost of flights in Hawaii and Maui and have been forced to abandon any hope of seeing those islands from the air. Your prices were much lower than the cruise ship expensive excursions.
