Jan 20,2020The captain was friendly but the “whale watching” boat tour was a flop. Essential we saw a few turtles and got to swim/snorkel in an area so close to shore we could’ve swim out. If I had booked a cruise to go see Honolulu from the water that would’ve been one thing. Also our boat was quite slow compared to other tours that day. Captain didn’t seem particularly optimistic or interested in finding whales—I’ve been on tour where captain’s reach out and contracts other boats, etc. but here no effort was made. I essentially wasted five hundred dollars. For half an hour at a mediocre snorkeling spot and three hours of our day we could’ve done much better for house $500.

Jan 18,2020When I called to check on a whale watching tour, I spoke to Leslie. She was so very helpful. My husband has some mobility issues, so I had questions about him getting on the boat. She put me on hold and called the boat operators to check on his needs. She also gave me some good suggestions on parking locations.

Jan 14,2020Good communication and assistance when booking. However when wanting to confirm/check details the day before the tour we had to contact the location directly and wait on hold, and when traveling that's not always convenient. Would of been nicer for them to confirm and get back to me via email. Tour was good though :)

Jan 13,2020Driver was Extremely informative and pointed out many highlights and places to go for maximum enjoyment of our short time in that location up around Paiaea (sp) ! Located Green Sea turtles sunning themselves (4 of them up on the beach) and had GREAT Shave-Ice @ Ululani's - terrific day for the time we had up there in the morning.

Jan 06,2020Chad and his crew were fantastic and navigated the boat in sometimes treacherous waters as flawlessly as you would expect. Seen Whales within 10mins of journey to north end of Lanai, beach stop was cool, then bottle nose dolphins, fantastic high visibility snorkel spots and the lunch was Xsallant!! The 4 of us would do it again it a Maui heartbeat! Awesome Day!! 🤙🏽🌴😎

Jan 05,2020Initially, due to uncontrollable, major traffic jam elsewhere, it was not clear if we could make it. Tom Barefoot's tour directed us in a timely manner. The Airlines group finally provided a modified timing. Wade did a great job. He waited and showed several places of interest patiently. Beautiful and highly recommend.
